9 Operas In 90 Minutes

(Syracuse, N.Y., July 12, 2011) – Syracuse Opera and WRVO Public Media are proud to announce the "9 Operas in 90 Minutes" tour. The tour will visit five locations including Clayton, NY, Utica, NY, Oneida, NY, Earlville, NY, and Geneva, NY. Tickets are on sale Friday, July 15, 2011, for $15.00 each, general admission.

Three of opera's fastest rising stars present tantalizing scenes from music's greatest hits. Timeless stories told in modern settings offer hair-raising, heart-gripping and hilarious moments that will leave you inspired and invigorated.

The performances will feature Samanatha Gueverkian, Soprano, Eric Bowen, Tenor, and John Boehr, Baritone. Headshots are available upon request.

Each scene is fully-staged with a dynamic set and colorful costumes. Appropriate for all ages, this performance breaks traditional opera sterotypes for everyone.

Smith Opera House, Geneva, NY
